Benefit Experts
What you get

One system instead of a folder of forms.

Employees elect and manage their benefits from a phone or a laptop. New hires enroll themselves. Terminations, address changes, new dependents and life events are recorded in one place instead of accumulating as paper on someone’s desk.

For the employees who would rather sit down with a person — and in most workforces there are some — we still do it that way. Group meetings, one-on-one sessions, phone appointments and paper applications all remain on the table. The platform is there to remove work, not to force everyone through a screen.

  • Employee self-service from any device
  • New hire, life event and termination changes in one system
  • Plan documents and coverage details available to employees year-round
  • Carrier data handled by us, not by your HR staff
  • Paper and in-person enrollment still available
  • Provided at no additional cost to client groups
Open enrollment

How an enrollment period runs.

STEP 01

Build

We load your plans, rates, contribution structure and eligibility rules into the platform and test the elections before anyone sees it.

STEP 02

Educate

Group presentations in person, by phone or online, in plain language, with time for the questions employees are too embarrassed to ask their manager.

STEP 03

Enroll

Employees elect online, on paper, or with one-on-one help. We chase the stragglers so your office manager does not have to.

STEP 04

Submit

We handle carrier submissions, confirm every enrollment was accepted, and resolve the discrepancies that always surface.

Common questions

Enrollment, answered.

What does the platform cost?

Nothing additional. It is provided to client groups as part of the brokerage relationship.

What about employees without a computer?

They can enroll from a phone, on paper, or with one of us sitting alongside them. No employee should lose coverage because of the enrollment method.

Does it connect to our payroll system?

In many cases yes, depending on your payroll provider. Where a direct connection is not available, we handle the deduction reporting so payroll gets accurate numbers each cycle.

Who fixes it when a carrier says an employee is not enrolled?

We do. Chasing carrier discrepancies is exactly the work this relationship is supposed to absorb.

Run your next enrollment differently.

Most groups switch mid-year and have the platform live before their renewal.
