As a sales trainer and coordinator I earned multiple awards for agent development and new client acquisition. I have vast experience in a wide range of industries including municipal governments, non-profits, agricultural, transportation, construction, accounting, and many other miscellaneous small and midsize businesses. I have participated in thousands of open enrollment meetings, giving me unique insights and effective strategies for engaging employees in their employee benefits.

I believe in running an agency that works hard to provide solutions for its clients that help them control costs and maintain competitiveness. I accomplish this by hiring and personally developing like-minded agents who at their core believe in helping small business owners. I work with employers of all sizes and industries assisting them with their employee attraction, retention, morale and productivity. Programs that have even proven to help limit L&I (Workers’ Comp) abuse.
